The presentation is intended to serve as a review of basic pharmacogenomic principles. The program will explore early implementation experience from one of the nation's first community pharmacy-directed pharmacogenomic clinics.    Real-world case examples will be examined.  Key success factors in implementing pharmacogenetic testing in pharmacy, as well as initial workflow barriers will also be discussed.
